floor and in the laboratory. The quality control team, working jointly with the production
units, operates through a number of ''Quality Control Cells'' that closely monitor the
various stages of manufacturing in the production shop. Testing is the indispensable
foundation of quality assurance at Premier.
Premier inspection is fast building up its zero defect aim to
guard its product image. The in-house Quality Control Laboratory is a landmark for Premier
Unit and no wonder why our quality gets along with its users quite fine. The department is
strengthened with all modern inspection measuring and testing tools. The testing
facilities are duly calibrated and certified by Government approved agencies. |

Premier specialises in developing import substitute
products and one such product has been the Radiator Fan Assembly for Diesel Locomotives,
for which the company has been awarded a Silver Shield as "National Awards for Import
Substitute" by the President of India in 1990 for saving about 200 Million Indian
Rupees. We have supplied approximate 8000 Nos of Radiator Fans as on date.

At Premier, quality control parameters ensure to
maintain ISO 9002 : 1994 standards. The endeavor is to keep the quality control personnel
independent of the production units in terms of decision taken and have them report
directly to the management. And thus with the ISO 9002 certification and norms, the
company plans to expand its current export markets.
